In the default configuration, it is not possible to access the USB
storage of an ZTE Blade Android phone.
If you remove this line:
ATTRS{idVendor}=="19d2", ATTRS{idProduct}=="0083", RUN+="usb_modeswitch
'%b/%k'"
from /lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb_modeswitch.rules it starts working
