With the kernel
$ ls -lF initrd.img vmlinuz
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 39 2011-11-19 02:32 initrd.img ->
boot/initrd.img-3.2.0-030200rc2-generic
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 36 2011-11-19 02:32 vmlinuz ->
boot/vmlinuz-3.2.0-030200rc2-generic

I get a dark blank screen instead of a login one.
The system could run the disk checking, though (judging by the sound and LED
blinking).
And I could not switch to the text consoles.
Probably that kernel is not compatible with Natty. Or maybe it's another bug.
