The situation WAS: double monitor, in extended desktop mode, so that I can
drag a window from one monitor to the other. Only the main monitor (on the
left) contain the top bar and the launch bar on the left. If a window is in
that monitor, at least half part, moving the mouse cursor on the top bar,
the window menu appears.
But if I drag it on the secondary monitor, when I move the cursor on the
top bar (on the first monitor), it remains empty, that is no menu or window
menu are displayed.

But, since the last update (the day before yesterday), in the same
configuration the top bar is displayed on both monitor, and so the window
menu is shown on the top bar of the monitor owning the main part of the
window.

The bug can be considered solved. Should I notify it in any way?

Thanks for your interest!
