Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 11.10 has made the "guest" account easily noticeable and usable
from the new login screen. There is no password required, just click and
log in to the system.
While trying to find out how to disable this I was disappointed to find
that it requires editing a config file.
Is it really so difficult to add an option in the already existing "user
accounts" section of system settings to disable this?
I feel that if the goal is to make the OS more user friendly, it should
be just as easy to disable the guest account here as it is on Mac or
Windows.
Please, devs, add an option to disable this in the GUI somewhere that it
makes sense.
And it may be a good idea to have it disabled by default!
