Public bug reported:
on boot, grub lists:
0 linux 3.0.0
1 linux 3.0.0 recovery
2 older linux versions
3 mem test
4 mem test xxx
5 windows
But startupmanager lists:
0 linux 3.0.0
1 linux 3.0.0 recovery
2 linux 2.6.38
3 linux 2.6.38 recovery
4 mem test
5 mem test xxx
6 windows
Note that because the boot menu groups two entries under "older linux
versions", the "default OS" setting is off by one for all except the
first two choices.
