Public bug reported:
dvbcut can be started, missing buttons can be workarrounded with
shortcuts, but I can not workarround missing slider for movement in
video
is this related to Qt version?

I expected dbvcut having buttons for setting start end en for cutting. Instead
there are no buttos
I expected two sliders for moving in video. Instead I see only one.
