I have an HP touchpad and it has Kindle Beta software. I can download a
book using Calibre to the device and I see it on the device until I
detach the toucpad and the book is nowhere to be found in the library. I
know several people who have an actual Kindle device and can download
books without issue and I'm assuming the issue is the "Beta" version of
software on my touchpad. I have a huge library of books on my laptop and
got the touchpad to have mobile access to my library but cannot use it.
I can download from Amazon without issue but cannot access any of my
books on my laptop.
