I'm afraid I have to say "Me too", and attach to this bug report. Maybe it's early to get into it, but when I record from an ANALOG mike (since the USB's unavailable) the SoundRecorder's playback sounds like mice talking. I've no idea why this would be, but Onery Ocelot has brought MANY little, odd problems to things that have been working properly for years. :/
