System: Ubuntu 11.10 with both gnome desktop and xfce desktop
installed, fully updated
Start the system as Xubuntu, with the xfce desktop
When I click a file in the Thunar file browser, then press and hold the
control (ctrl) key and drag the file, Thunar fails to make a copy of the
file.
As a work-around, Copy + Paste the file does work, but this is
registered by the clipboard and destroys any other workflow which
depends on the information held by the clipboard.
