I no longer have the XT2 but tested on a Latitude13 and found it
unblanks the screen on resume from hibernate in Precise.
Sarvatt suggests this is fixed in general now.
Given there are no dupes, no one affected, nor any comments from anyone
but myself, I'm going to assume there is no further interest beyond mine
and close the bug out at this time. As I upgrade other hardware if I
find the problem still exists I'll file a new bug report.
