SRU justification:
Impact: No new kernel message after an USB 3.0 stick is plugged in and
no new device found.
Fix: Cherry-pick patch 79c3dd8150 from upstream solve this issue, USB
3.0 stick is detected and able to be mounted, read and written.
Testcase: Boot from patched kernel, every time when USB 3.0 stick is
plugged in, xhci host detects new device.
