Without noapic (noapic ) option i see random freezes of system. If I press button or move mouse system continue to work. But after some time freezes again. I don't know the reason, but googling some time ago i discovered that my irq numbers just huge. It's may be the issue in the firmware or chipset, I don't know. But booting with noapic ( or nolapic ) solved my problem.
