Plus information, the new, 3.0.0.xxx-general kernel (I can just boot these) don't see the official, latest DELL OMSA virtualdisk after install.
It's working our all servers of 2.6.3x kernel (eg. Ubuntu Server 10.04.03 LTS or the latest Debian 6.0.3) fine.
