Simple packaging.  We're off-sync with Debian now, but only for a
cherry-picked patch; we can get back in sync easy.  Builds cleanly and
on all archs.  No important bugs.  No security history and doesn't seem
like a risk from a security POV.

It's too bad its tests aren't no-X automatic test/fail type passes.

It would be nice to see an Ubuntu bug subscriber.

As discussed on #ubuntu-desktop, this does not mean that we will start
using some of the crazy clutter dependencies that totem and cheese are
inclined to pull in.  Empathy has limited uses of it, and only needs
clutter-gst apparently.
