Thinkpad T420s with what appears to be the same problem, but the
workaround in comment #13 doesn't fix it for me. Neither does "options
sdhci debug_quirks=0x40" in /etc/modprobe.d/sdhci.conf and an
rmmod/modprobe.
Revision 07 of the Ricoh device, not 04 like others.
