Good to see some progress on this bug. This error is shown when dual booting Windows and Ubuntu. Since Ubuntu and Windows use different methods to manage the local time (and thus interfering), every time windows is booted, after using ubuntu, U1 can't connect because the local time is delayed by an hour.
