You do not have the latest update installed. 2.0.0-0ubuntu2.2 was
published to oneiric-updates archive yesterday, and if you are using a
mirror, may not have shown up by the time you had filed this bug. You
are definitely hitting a bug which it fixes, so please upgrade and
restart ubuntuone-syncdaemon (u1sdtool -q && u1sdtool -c (or log out
then back in)), to get the fix applied.
I'm marking this as a dup of the bug which was already fixed. Thanks.
