since it has nothing to do to "grub-install trashes the ntfs partition"

and nothing to do with the ".....Sector 50 is already in use by FlexNet......."
as I thought at the beginning.

Because I found in later experiments that

"grub-install trashed grub-menu if run on current partition to make
current partition to be a default boot up OS"

So I have decided to start report this bug at
