1. Actual version is 1.9.2 (as reported by /usr/bin/ruby1.9.1 --version), but 
libs are installed in /usr/lib/1.9.1 making them hard to find by IDEs)
2. It doesn't provide "versionless" aliases to commands in /usr/bin (e.g. ruby 
-> ruby1.9.1)
