Public bug reported: Banners that work in the <https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/exhibits/> preview don't always work in USC, so they need testing in USC itself.
Apparently, the banner HTML and images at https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/exhibits/ are cached for five minutes. This makes testing any fixes very annoying.
