  The leftmost title on the top panel is missing on ubuntu 11.10;
  or both title and controls are missing;
  or title, controls and menus are all missing.

  How to reproduce:
  1. Open more than one windows of a same application, eg. firefox;
+ 1.1 With one window in maximized size;
+ 1.2 Launch you launch bar by moving mouse to the left side of the screen;
+ 1.3 [!] Click on the above mentioned application icon on the bar; [this is 
the trigger]
  2. Move mouse around;
  3. Watch the top panel and see how the window (application) title at the left 
most on the panel changes. eg:
  3.1 With the one of above mentioned window maximized: move mouse over top 
panel then window title bars;
  3.2 With all above mentioned window not in maximized: move mouse over top 
panel then window title bars;
  
  And please keep the GUI element style simple, clean and identical.
