Public bug reported:
SeaMonkey does not start Chatzilla when pressing the Chatzilla symbol in
SeaMonkey.
Pressing Chatzilla > Windows > IRC Chat does start Chatzilla though.
I expect that SeaMonkey will start Chatzilla when pressing the Chatzilla symbol
in SeaMonkey.
