Please open a terminal window and run the command "lsusb" WITHOUT your stick
present. Then plug your stick in.
Again, run the command "lsusb". Note the line that was not there before. That
is your stick's identification.
Note the USB ID of it (example: "1234:89ab") and run the command "sudo
lsusb -v -d [your USB ID]". Post the complete output here.
