Marking as 'opinion' as making dash nav customisable is something we may
want to do in the future but is not in scope for this cycle (note
however that bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ayatana-design/+bug/878318
is in scope for P). The 'no results' error messages are being
discussed in bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ayatana-design/+bug/711199
