Public bug reported:
Spread - The app title in the top left of the top bar should change
inline with mouse pointer focus changes of the spread.
While on Application Spread (i.e. clicking over a launcher icon with
multiple associated windows), as a user mouse-over a window, the top-bar
title should reflect the window title. When the mouse is outside a
window area, the title should fall-back to the application title.
While on Windows Spread (i.e. pressing Super+w), should happen the same,
but when the mouse is not over any window, the top-panel title should
show nothing (or something like "Unity desktop?").
