Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libtag1c2a

taglib 1.4 won't write ID3v2.4 tags. to reproduce us edgy or feisty and rip cd
to mp3 using Sound Juicer or Banshee. then read the mp3 files with easytag.
I found this to be a problem in both and amarok which also use said lib also,
editing MP3's with amarok also dumps all taging info that easytag can read.
the Sansa e260 reads these files as unknowns but when edited with easytag
recorded using grip or k3b the problem doesn't exist
