Fullscreen means different things for different applications, and I'm specifically concerned with Firefox. Or, if you want me to generalize, with any application for which it makes sense to be a part of some larger user workflow: office apps, photo editing apps etc. But certainly not games which are indeed a perfect example of a single-task immersive activity. Full screen mode doesn't define a use case by itself, it's an implementation detail and it should be changed to correspond to behavior patterns, not used as a base for them.
