I know, all downloaded files are kept, so presumably, when you reestablish 
network connection and try again, you won't have to wait for all the files to 
download again.
HOWEVER you do have to go through the preliminary "calculating changes" stage, 
which takes forever.

So a "retry" option after a failure MUST be included.
