I added the kernel-bug-exists-upstream tag due to the bug description:
"In "3.2.0-3-generic #7-Ubuntu SMP x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux 3.2.0-rc4"
the problem still exists."

The current upstream kernel is 3.2.0-rc4.

It appears that bugzilla.kernel.org is still unavailable. I added the
tag: kernel-needs-upstream-bug-report which will allow us to see what
bugs still need to be reported upstream when bugzilla.kernel.org is
back.
