The daily and weekly populariy-contest cron jobs generate failure mails
because inoneirc it uses qdbus but has no dependency on it:

# LC_ALL=C /etc/cron.weekly/popularity-contest
Package `qdbus' is not installed.
Use dpkg --info (= dpkg-deb --info) to examine archive files,
and dpkg --contents (= dpkg-deb --contents) to list their contents.
