Public bug reported: I'm on a thinkpad X60. If I close the lid, it suspends. That worked fine since several releases. But since 11.10 it sometimes wakes up from suspend in my backpack, when I carry it home. Thats unfortunate since it gets quite hot in there.
3) expect my laptop to stay in suspend mode until I open the lid 4) it wakes up from suspend for no reason ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.10 Package: acpi-support 0.138 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.0.0-13.22-generic 3.0.6 Uname: Linux 3.0.0-13-generic i686 ApportVersion: 1.23-0ubuntu4 Architecture: i386 Date: Wed Dec 7 13:39:46 2011 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 11.04 "Natty Narwhal" - Release i386 (20110427.1) ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, no user) LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: acpi-support UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to oneiric on 2011-11-24 (12 days ago) ** Affects: acpi-support (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 oneiric -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/901205 Title: Thinkpad X60 wakes suddenly from suspend To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/acpi-support/+bug/901205/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
