You are using kernel 3.0.0-12. This kernel is known to have broken USB
printing. Please do a full system update and after that reboot your
system (to actually run the kernel which will come with the updates,
3.0.0-13 or newer). The update will also include a new CUPS package with
additional USB printing fixes.
