Binary package hint: libodbc++-dev
In the feisty (0.2.3+0.2.4pre3-2) version of the libodbc++-dev package,
`pkg-config --libs libodbc++` returns "-lodbc++-mt"; but no
libodbc++-mt.so file is installed, so linking fails every time. (The
shared library file in the libodbc++4 package is called libodbc++.so.)
