Thanks for submitting this bug. To be sure I understand right, you just have two precise VMs running under libvirt, reboot one, and rather than reboot, it crashes with a malloc error from kvm? Were they precise server images in the guest? How frequently does this happen? If you reboot a guest 10 times, are you likely to get a crash at least once?
qemu 1.0 has just been uploaded. Could you re-try with that?
