Marked 'won't fix' because after extensive exploration of all the
different combinations of window arrangement for the spread we settled
on fixed height, variable width (all the options had pluses and minuses,
and this is the one we ultimately chose). Re. the ordering, we are
currently ordering by last used, however if someone was to submit a
patch that implemented spacial ordering this could possibly become a
non-default user selectable option. We will be implementing full size
window titles at some point in the future, and this will also help
differentiate windows when the windows have different titles.
