I have analyzed the HotKey Driver for Windows now. It seems, that it contains 2 parts: HotKeyOSD.exe captures the keyboard event for FN+F2, and then sends a Windows Message to NButilps.exe, which then activates/deactivates the WLAN. In the MMKEYBD.CFG, I found the Key#10 line, which is responsible for the WLAN. (Deactivating this line invalidated the FN+F2 function) [Common HotKey Hook for WinNT]
