Michael, Are you sure you have not tried to fix it yet? The problem does not occur any more. Printer side or something else has been fixed if you did not try.
Thanks! P.S. I am sorry to ask you here but is there any way I can scan and over write on existing scanned screen? Right now I have to delete it every time when I scan next paper. The original scanner function is simply over write and renew every time when I scan new. And it also crops before scan or scan only limited area so that it would be quicker when I scan small item.
