Public bug reported:
When I add custom smiles to pidgin, I expected them to show up in my
conversations when other people sent me that text. for example, I added
"<3" to show up as the "in_love.png" file, but it only works when I send
text containing those characters, not when i RECEIVE text containing
them. This might be a bug, but I think its more of a "Wishlist" item.
