Julian and Mattias, thanks for your answers. We need a "WITH_NONAMESPACES" flag to compile (from doc: "Note: when you forget to use -DWITH_NONAMESPACES you will get an unresolved link error for the global namespaces table"). Anyway we can also read: "You can define a dummy table to avoid having to recompile stdsoap2.cpp", so this isn't a bug.
