This might be right, but it's hard for me to tell, and I can see that
some additional work is required. Please start with the source for
chuck 1.2.0.8.dfsg-1. Unpack this. Make your change in
debian/control. Edit the maintainer field in debian/control as
described in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebianMaintainerField, run `dch
-i` in the base directory to update the changelog, and add notes about
the two changes. Make sure the distribution name (after the version
number) in your new entry is "gutsy". run `debuild -S` to create a
source package. Create a patch by running `debdiff
chuck_1.2.0.8.dfsg-1.dsc chuck_1.2.0.8.dfsg-1ubuntu1.dsc`. Attach that
patch to the bug.
