The same exact issue happens with me. I am not very technical so I don't
know how to troubleshoot the root cause. I am also using 11.10 and I'm
able to successfully pair and use the headset just after pairing. As
soon as I disconnect, I am not able to reconnect with the headset
without deleting and repairing. The issue occurs using the standard
Ubuntu Bluetooth Wizard as well as Blueman app.

The same headset and bluetooth usb dongle worked fine in 11.04 and
10.10. I've read other places that it may be a bug in the Linux kernel.
