** Description changed:

- When I open *.hlp files (old Windows help files) with winhlp32 (the wine
- *.hlp viewer), the text is all garbled. This has been happening since
- installing Oneiric, and it used to work with Maverick. I have attached a
- sample help file.
+ Opening *.hlp files in Oneiric with wine winhlp32 results in the text
+ being garbled.
+
+ To reproduce,
+ 1. Find a *.hlp file (such as the one attached).
+ 2. Run 'wine winhlp32 filename.hlp.'
+ 3. Observe that the characters are garbled.
