I think there might be two appropriate changes here: - update the ubiquity tz picker to highlight Beijing instead of Shanghai on the map when selecting this timezone - update the Chinese translation of tzdata to name Beijing, even though the upstream zoneinfo entry is called Asia/Shanghai
