Is there an /etc/X11/Xorg.conf ? is there in the Device Section(s) the
fglrx-Driver selected? I suggest reinstalling the proprietary ATI
driver. Seems to be a misconfiguration -> invalid. please re-tag this
bug, if the problem still exists after fglrx driver is loaded correctly!
