hey folks,

Libreoffice should use (within non-linux operating systems) an auto
update feature.

Same as happened in Firefox, whereas the update is automatic, or as in
VLC, in which the update is a notification.

I believe that the Firefox mechanism is better, yet i know it's quite a
hassle to create.
