I've experienced the same problem off and on with my USB Logitech
ClearChat Pro against Maverick, Natty and now Oneiric. I'm able to work
around the problem so that it's basically a non-issue by using
`pulseaudio -k`. Have we determined whether this is actually a problem
with PulseAudio or if it's a problem with something else?
