  This generally happens when a lot of other containers are being brought
  up and taken down, so it's entirely possible that it's some kind of race
  condition, as in
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/720095. I don't yet
  have a reproducible / reduced error case, unfortunately.
