When there's a failure, this is what shows up in the lxc-start DEBUG-
leve log output:
lxc-start 1323586208.776 DEBUG lxc_console - using '/dev/tty' as
console
lxc-start 1323586208.776 DEBUG lxc_start - sigchild handler set
lxc-start 1323586208.776 INFO lxc_start -

lxc-start 1323586208.788 DEBUG lxc_conf - instanciated veth
'vethKI0BkJ/vethuoGP7p', index is '5686'
lxc-start 1323586208.897 ERROR lxc_namespace - failed to
clone(0x6c020000): File exists
lxc-start 1323586208.897 ERROR lxc_start - File exists - failed to
fork into a new namespace
lxc-start 1323586209.157 ERROR lxc_start - failed to spawn
'locker_david_at_remind101_com_87'
lxc-start 1323586209.157 DEBUG lxc_cgroup - using cgroup mounted at
'/cgroup'
lxc-start 1323586209.157 ERROR lxc_cgroup - No such file or
directory - failed to remove cgroup '/cgroup/locker_david_at_remind101_com_87'
This generally happens when a lot of other containers are being brought
up and taken down, so it's entirely possible that it's some kind of race
condition, as in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/720095. I don't yet
have a reproducible / reduced error case, unfortunately.
