Public bug reported:
An orange film covers either the left or the right side of my screen and
just now it covered the screen completely. Sometimes it appears just by
moving my mouse. It's that orange film you see when you move a
minimized document close to the top of the screen to be maximized. The
difference here is that it happens even when I don't have a document
open. The screen can be blank or I can be looking at a web page. Is
there anyway I can make an adjustment to make this screen go away? It's
very distracting and it interferes with the quality of what ever I am
doing or reading.
Thank you.
