I am also having problems with delayed typing, pages not scrolling right away, and just today while in a chat with my school's bursar department, my chat box froze and I was not able to type a response. Also, when I switch to another screen and try to open a new window in that screen, it won't open right away and I have to click on the screen switcher several times before I am able to open a new window.
The orange film switches from left to right. Most times it goes away by itself after a minute or two, but it is very distracting and annoying. Thank you for your help.
