Hi! Please open a Terminal and run "sudo /usr/lib/packagekit/packagekitd --verbose". Then repeat the steps and please attach the terminal output and the contents of /var/log/apt/term.log to this bug. It looks like aptcc is handling an error wrong or some debconf/conffile stuff is blocking this.
